Product Code: GROT-0075 Price: Check Latest One of our contacts got this from some polish dealers a few years back. This winter white coveralls suit is identical to those used by the German Army in WW2, (identical to the examples I have seen and also in pictures). It is however, in my opinion early postwar. I have seen these being passed off as the real thing in online auction houses and at militaria shows for over 400 USD. A few things make me think its not real. First the guys that they came from (well known for passing off fakes as original, 2nd, the makers markings inside look freshly stamped, and 3rd, there is a section cut out of the inside lining (you cannot see this from the outside, nor does it detract from the overall appearance), my question is why was this cut out? In my opinion because there was some postwar marking or identification of some type in this location. The set includes a top and a bottom and its a very large size. They do not appear to be used but have storage wear. This is a great item for the authenticity driven German WW2 reenactor or a cheap alternative to getting burned on the same type of suit, when they are sold as real.... We have only one set. Yes, its expensive, Im a just getting back what I paid for them.
