Product Code: GOEQ-00005-3 Price: Check Latest Original Finnish WW2 Army issue Bicycles. These were taken from Finnish military stocks and are original WW2 issue. They are nearly identical to the ones issued to the German Army during WW2. These are a rare item and appear in the Finnish War Museum. They all have frames on the handlebars for holding the gasmask and a zeltbahn or bedroll and a frame in the back of the bike for holding other items like ammunition boxes, etc. They all have a hand bell. They were used after WW2 and the seats and tires may be post war but are identical in design to the WW2 models. The straps on the front and back frame may need some restoration or repair but arent that bad. These just need a good tune up before use. This is a great item for the German WW2 reenactor or living historian and are closer to the German WW2 pattern than the other models being sold for WW2 reenacting or display. Comes with a front light and a tire power generator. Both will need a little adjustment before working. It has the original unit marked license plates on the rear of the seat and the rear rack. I do not know if the plates are wartime or postwar but are a great addition to any display and very few of these had these remaining.
