This is an original Death Notice for a Waffen SS private in a Motorcycle unit. He was killed February 16, 1944 in Casino (not Monte Cassino in Italy ) The notice is in great shape and is two sided. It measures “ We received three of these that were never given out by the family. The German War Graves registration indicates he is buried in Italy and was an oberschutze (private first class) at the time of his death.
