Product Code: CCUS-00001 Price: Check Latest This is an interesting battlefield relic from the Eastern Front. A 1942 dated roadwheel for a US Sherman tank. It came from a battlefield in the Kurland pocket area of the Russian front (1944-1945). The rubber on the wheel is dated 1942 and made by BF Goodrich. The metal componants are rusty but still retain a portion of the original olive green paint. There was a ex german trench in the same area facing the field where it was found and there were remains of panzerfaust tubes found in these. This was obviously from a US made tank given to the Russians under the lend lease program. Its cheaply priced but its HEAVY! nearly 200 pounds! Shipping will have to be arranged by common carrier or this item will have to be picked up at our warehouse.
