The fastest and most efficient way to place an order with OSTFRONT is through the web site. All item numbers, totals and shipping & handling charges are calculated automatically when placing an order through the web site. Shipping: Our website automatically calculates the weight of your items so you are only charged the actual postage cost plus a small handling fee. During the ordering process you may choose the service you desire, be it overnight, 2nd day, etc. This is unlike many companies who charge you based on the final price of the items purchased and great for those buying a quantity of smaller items that do not require large packaging. Insurance: FedEx insurance is FREE up to $100 value. Customers using FedEx with a merchandise value of $100 or less DO NOT need to purchase insurance. All customers using USPS, including customers outside the USA, should NOT check the box if they want insurance. If your package is lost, stolen, rifled or damaged in transit Ostfront is not liable for these damages. If your package is lost, stolen, rifled or damaged in transit USPS and FedEx is not liable UNLESS you purchase insurance. This means, you cannot file a claim unless you purchased insurance.

Disabling browser functions such as Javascript, cookies or SSL may cause certain functionality to be unavailable. Customers using a Mac computer may experience problems ordering online using Internet Explorer for Mac. We ask that you try it using the Mac Safari Browser. If you still have no success, you might use your friends pc for online ordering. Browse Ostfront’s extensive inventory and place the items you wish to purchase into your basket by clicking the “Add One To Basket” button or by entering the quantity desired and clicking the “Add To Basket” button while viewing the details of an item. (If you wish to order only one item quickly you may click the “Buy One Now” button to be taken directly to Check Out). After filling your basket with all the items you wish to purchase simply click “checkout” in the upper right corner. You may also view the contents of your basket, remove items from your basket, or increase the quantity desired for any of the items in your basket by clicking this button. To proceed to checkout click the “Checkout” button. Next you are prompted to “Create New Account”, “Place Order Without Account” or “Login to Existing Account”. If you “Create New Account” your shipping and billing information is retained (but NOT your credit card information) so you do not have to enter this information during your next order. If you already have an account you just have to enter your used ID and password. On the next page verify that all items you wish to order are listed with correct quantities. Also, verify “Ship To” and “Bill To” information is correct. Then click “continue” in the lower right corner. On the next page select your shipping preference from the “Ship Via” drop-down menu. Next choose the credit card you wish to pay with or PayPal from the “Pay With” drop-down menu. If you wish to purchase shipping insurance simply click “continue” in the lower right corner. Shipping insurance is added automatically. If you DO NOT want to purchase shipping insurance click the box next to "Check box to decline insurance" then click the “continue” button in the lower right corner. Our shopping cart is secured by Thawte.com and you can check the secured certificate by clicking on the link on the top of the shopping cart. Next, enter your credit card information and click “continue” in the lower right corner. Print a copy of this page for your records then sit back and wait for the militaria to arrive! PAYPAL orders CANNOT be processed over the phone. Items cannot be placed on “HOLD” or reserve by calling the Ostfront Phone Order Line pending receipt of a Money Order payment.

	This is a dedicated FAX line. FAX orders may be place 24 hours a day. Items cannot be placed on “HOLD” or reserve by sending an order to the Ostfront Fax Order Line. If you wish to order “one-of-a-kind” items we suggest placing an order online using our shopping cart with secure on-line payment option or calling our OSTFRONT PHONE ORDER LINE at 1-501-255-7380 and speaking with a person (not to the Ostfront Order Voice Mail). To place an order using the OSTFRONT FAX ORDER LINE please follow the steps below:
Click on the following link OSTFRONT FAX & MAIL ORDER FORM. Print a copy of the OSTFRONT FAX & MAIL ORDER FORM. Fill in all the information at the top of the form. While browsing our on-line store, fill in the item number, brief description, quantity desired, and price of the items you wish to purchase. Next, add up the total dollar amount for all items you listed and enter this amount in the Subtotal field. If you live in Oklahoma you must add 9% for sales tax next. Then, consult the Shipping/Handling chart to determine S/H based on the dollar amount in the Subtotal field. (U.S. CUSTOMERS ONLY – International customers MUST e-mail a list of items with address for a shipping quote). Next add up your Subtotal, Sales Tax (if applicable) and S/H and enter this amount in the Total Due field. Now fill in your Credit Card information. Please include your bill address if different from your mailing address. Fax the filled-in form to 1-918-398-0877. Money Orders should be made payable to Ostfront: Ostfront PO Box 6384 Sherwood, AR 72124 USA Follow the steps below to place an order when paying with a Money Order or Cashiers Check: Click on the following link OSTFRONT FAX & MAIL ORDER FORM. There are two options for using this online mail/ fax order form: Type the information into the appropriate boxes and print the form when you are finished or: Print the form and fill in the information by hand. BE NEAT, We are not handwriting experts who are able to read any handwriting! Fill in all the information at the top of the form. While browsing our on-line store, fill in the item number, brief description, quantity desired, and price of the items you wish to purchase. Next, add up the total dollar amount for all items you listed and enter this amount in the Subtotal field. If you live in Oklahoma you must add 9% for sales tax next. Then, consult the Shipping/Handling chart to determine S/H based on the dollar amount in the Subtotal field. All item numbers, descriptions, quantities and prices must be entered by hand. International Customers that wish to pay with an International Money Order or Cash in a registered envelope must send an e-mail to info@ostfront.com with the list of items desired to receive a Postage & Handling quote.
